Hidden Star Farm is a quality, full care horse boarding facility conveniently located close to the Keller, Haslet, and Roanoke areas. We have 2 barns and services to fit your individual needs, whether it be retirement for your equine senior or training for your youngster. Facilities include a lighted round pen, a lighted covered arena, and an outdoor arena. We also have a mini trail course set up for your convenience.

Feed & Care:

Horses are fed a 12% pellet, (your) supplements, and quality coastal hay morning and evening. Mid day hay is available if you choose this option. Horses are turned out for exercise, stalls cleaned, and they are brought back in for evening meal. They then stay in overnight. In the heat of the summer turnout may be switched to night turnout for their comfort. In winter horses are blanketed as you desire.

Facilities:

With our covered lighted arena you can ride in wet weather. You can relax on our wrap around porch and rest in the shade or go in the air conditioned office area where we have couches, a restroom and a mini kitchen. This is great for barn parties and get-togethers. We have a large tack room and saddleing area with stocks. There are also 2 wash areas for your convenience.
In the main barn there are automatic lights to keep the haircoat in top shape, automatic waterers, fly system, fans, rubber stall mats, and shavings; these horses go out in individual turnouts. The other barn is an open 3 sided barn with great ventilation for summer. Buckets are used for water, stalls are cleaned daily but no shavings unless you provide them. Horses in this barn are turned out in a pasture togetherĀ for exercise. Same feed, same care, less amenities, less cost.

We have a homey atmosphere. The owner lives on site and there is no barn drama. Boarders often get together to trailer out to shows or trail rides. Owner works in the veterinary field and has over 30 years experience with horses.
